Every commission starts with a conversation
I enjoy working with clients on a specific piece for their home or office. This process usually starts with them seeing something I have previously made that they like, but need to make some changes in detail or size. After some discussion, I will make a proposal in the form of a drawing and price. The drawing will communicate the design, materials, and dimensions of the piece. After more refinement and approval by the client, I ask for a 25% deposit to get started. I then build the piece and frequently send an update with photo. Lead times vary with the complexity of the piece and my work load but usually range from 6 to 12 weeks.
