We are proud to relaunch them in limited batches to celebrate the rebuilding of our workshop after a devastating fire last year. What's old is new again.

Made in the USA and produced in small batches, these artisan cheese slicers make a perfect housewarming gift, wedding gift, or gift for the home chef or charcuterie lover. Their timeless design and heirloom-quality durability have been proven to last decades. A brass thumb screw creates tension on the wire, letting you re-tighten it throughout the lifetime of the slicer, ensuring this handmade kitchen tool that ages beautifully alongside you.
