Arched Rafter Bench Arched Rafter Bench has been sold.

A few years ago, a friend offer me these laminated arched rafters from a barn that was being torn down. They are really beautifully made. I thought the gentle curve would be perfect for a large bench.

These sides of the bench are reclaimed pieces of wood from my “painted wood” collection. The armrest uses a small segment of the rafter material. The back is painted with milk paint.
